Cancellation Policy

- We kindly ask for 24hours notice or more when changing or cancelling appointments. We do send appointment reminders via text message & email prior to your appointment date, however if unsure please call our wonderful team and they can help.
- We do require credit/debt cards to secure bookings. Any cancellation made within 24hours of an appointment will be charged 50% of the treatment price. No-shows/appointments missed will be charged the full amount of treatment.
