Shipping Policy
- Once items are shipped from Pellis Medispa, we cannot be held liable for items that have been stolen or lost. Pellis Medispa cannot be held liable for packages that have been marked delivered by the mail carrier that has not been received such as lost or stolen. If this occurs, please contact Australia post and they can assist in tracking down your package.
- All orders within Australia are shipped using Australia Post Express Shipping (plastic bag/no signature required). We do our best to ship your orders on the day of purchase, however sometimes it can take 1-3 business days to be processed. We appreciate your patience during this process. Orders can be received within 1-2 business days of shipping.
- International Orders are shipped using standard shipping (unless request Express), with a shipping fee of $30 on every order. We do our best to ship your orders on the day of purchase, however sometimes it can take 1-3 business days to be processed. We appreciate your patience during this process. Orders being shipped international can take about 10-24 days to arrive once the order has been shipped.
