Refund Policy

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Gift cards cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash, and or on product.

Products must be returned unused, unopened with their seal intact and in the same condition as they were originally purchased from Pellis Medispa. We will not except for exchange or refund any item which has been used, opened or is not in the exact condition in which it was purchased from us. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Purchase Policy:

GIFT VOUCHERS

Our Gift Cards are available for all treatments and products, are non-refundable and must be produced at the time of use. Vouchers are valid for 3 years’ from the date of purchase. Gift Cards cannot be exchanged for cash. Pellis Medispa cannot accept liability for lost gift cards.

PRICES

All pricing will be assessed on the day of the treatment. All pricing subject to consultation. Our prices are subject to change without notice.

Cancellation Policy:

Pellis Medispa takes credit cards to secure bookings. We will have the card on file but will not charge it till after the treatment. To cancel or change an appointment a minimum of 2 hours’ notice is required. If appointments are cancelled within that 2 hour period a 50% charge may be applied. Appointments missed/ no shows will be charged at full price.

Please confirm appointments the day before. Pellis Medispa will not be liable for any appointments missed due to ‘not knowing’. Confirmation text messages and emails are sent out the day of the booking, and day before. If you are unsure if you have an appointment, give us a ring and the team will be happy to assist you.
