Return Policy and Refund Policy

    • You can only return an item for the following reasons: faulty packaging, or incorrect received item to what you ordered. To be eligible for a return/refund, please contact the Pellis Medispa team.
    • Products must be returned in their original packaging, unused, unopened with their seal intact, as they were originally purchased from Pellis Medispa. We will not accept for refund or exchange any items which has been used or is not in the exact condition in which it was purchased. Returns will be processed within 7-10 business days from receiving the product.

    • Items that cannot be returned or exchanged: gift cards, or used products
